I'm On My Way

You may have noticed our new tagline, ‘I’m On My Way,’ this has and will continue to feature in the marketing for Grand Arcade and is a tribute to the past, present and future of the Centre.

When the Wigan Casino occupied the Grand Arcade site from 1973 to 1981 the nights would always end with a bang as Dean Parrish’s “I’m On My Way” was played to the crowd. Wigan Casino fans got the opportunity to experience this again in 2007 when the Wigan Casino was re-visited at a special night organised by Russ Winstanley, the founder of the Wigan Casino. Dean Parrish came from New York to end the show in true fashion by singing the famous “I’m On My Way!”

I'm On My Way

We also encourage people to be on their way to Grand Arcade as it has such a lot to offer, both in terms of shops, cafes, history and community involvement amongst other things. We hope to see you soon!
