Meet the Centre Manager

My name is John Sanson and I am the Centre Manager of Grand Arcade.

I have worked in the shopping centre management sector for over 30 years and have managed Centre’s in Warrington and Oldham prior to moving to Wigan in 2006 to set up the management at Grand Arcade for its opening in March 2007.

I’d like to welcome you to Grand Arcade, which has had, and continues to have, a positive effect on the town. We work closely with Wigan Council, the Town Centre Manager, as well as the management at The Galleries, Marketplace and Makinson Arcade to provide the best service and facilities for Wigan. We also enjoy working with local community groups as well as health and educational organisations.

The whole team is fully committed to providing you with a clean, secure and environmentally friendly shopping experience which lives up to your expectations whatever time of the day you are visiting us.
