Grand Arcade celebrated the opening of the New Lane mall area on the 15th September.  
 
New Lane hosts Wigan’s finest independent and local retailers, including jewellery specialists Secret Garden and more recently Mucho Cocoa, who stock a wide range of Luxury Chocolates and Confectionery which will make the perfect gift.
 
The new section of the mall has opened in direct response to consumer request, contrived from extensive market research, prior to Grand Arcade’s completion.
