Located on the upper mall, the staff at our Customer Service Desk are on hand to help you. At the Customer Service Desk you can drop off your dry cleaning for Wigan Dry Cleaners, inquire about lost property, hire a wheelchair for free, obtain literature on tourist information and forthcoming events, signings and competitions as well as purchasing Gift Cards, also Bags for Life and Umbrellas.
Travel Money Bureau at Debenhams
Debenhams’ Travel Money Bureau is located on the first floor and provides a standard rate for currency exchange and a preferential rate for Debenhams cardholders as well as buyback scheme.
If you would like your parcels delivered to a safe, secure location, simply select Grand Arcade as your preferred delivery location when ordering from Amazon and your parcel will be sent directly to one of our secure lockers.
You will then be sent an email with a unique code and pick up instructions. Enter your code into the keypad on the lockers to access your parcel. Deliveries will be held in the lockers for three working days after your code has been sent!
Grand Arcade is fully accessible for the needs of our disabled customers as we strive to make their shopping experience effortless and enjoyable.
Disabled facilities are available in the customer toilets which are located on the upper mall. Access to the upper mall is available via the lifts and escalator located in the Centre of the mall.
Our staff are on hand should any customer require further assistance whilst they are shopping with us.
