Have you heard Santa and his elves are returning to Grand Arcade this Christmas.
We hope all the boys and girls have been super good this year, Santa can’t wait to hear what is on their Christmas lists.
Families will be able to visit the big man in his sparkly grotto from Thursday 30th November right through until Christmas Eve before Santa heads off home to the North Pole.

Monday – Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday & Friday: 11am – 5pm
Saturday: 9.30am -5.30pm

Monday 18th to Saturday 23rd December
Monday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sunday 24th December: 10.30am – 4.30pm
Terms & Conditions
Tickets are £6* per child including a gift from Santa.
The Grotto will operate an advance booking system and there will be a very limited number of walk-up tickets available on the day, priced at £7*
Book early to avoid disappointment. Once online slots are sold out for any given date, walk up tickets will be very limited, and you can expect to queue.
If you require five tickets or more, you will need to book an additional time slot. We ask that you arrive on time and note that on busy periods there may be a short wait before entry, wait time can be up to 15 minutes plus.
*0.45p +booking fee applies to each online ticket.
On arrival your tickets will be scanned, please ensure you have your tickets. E-tickets or printed tickets are accepted, ensure you have all pages of your tickets.
All children, including infants entering the Grotto must obtain a pre-booked ticket. There is no charge for accompanying adults although there is a strict limit to two adults per visit due to restricted space within the Grotto.

The price of each ticket is £6 + £0.45p booking fee – one ticket admits one child.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation protection is available at additional cost.
Each ticket includes entry, a photo opportunity with Santa and a gift. Photos and other items can be purchased separately – Please note we are a CASHLESS venue.
If your child needs special attention and is affected by lights/sound and busy environment, please contact Yippidoo Grotto company in advance so any necessary arrangement can be addressed prior your visit. Please note weekends are very busy periods.
Photographs will be taken throughout this event and will be available to all ticket holders to purchase at the Grotto, along with other personalised items. These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned if damaged due to negligence.
Visitors are prohibited from taking their own photographs once inside the Grotto
