Entries to the competition are via the Grand Arcade Facebook page only.
- One entry per person.
- Entrants must be over the age of 18 or have parental permission to enter.
- Visit Santa competition will be open for entries from 07am on Thursday 9th November until 11.59pm on Sunday 12th November 2023.
- To enter, you must like our Facebook competition post, share the Facebook post with your friends and family and comment ‘I want to visit Santa’
- The prize includes 2 children and 2 adult tickets to visit Santa up to December 17th plus a special gift from Santa that includes 1 x 4×6 photo, 1 x 4×6 Glitter Frame, a large keyring or magnets.
- The winners will be contacted via the Facebook account they used to enter the competition. They must respond within 48 hours to arrange collection of their prize from Grand Arcade. Failure to do so will result in another winner being picked and contacted.
- The winner will be sent a code to book their tickets via Ticket Source. When you arrive at the grotto, please inform the manager of the photo package prize, and they will verify the details. Standard terms and conditions apply, and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once booked. When booking, please remember to use the provided Discount Code. If the customer wishes to add additional children, you can easily do so by using the drop-down menu during the booking process.
- To be eligible to win the above prizes entrants must follow the instructions on Grand Arcade Shopping Centre Facebook page.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- No cash alternative offered.
- Employees of Grand Arcade and their relatives are not permitted to enter this competition.
