Tell us about the history of the company: We started the business as market traders in 1979 with stalls in Eccles, Hindley, Pendlebury, Bolton and Wigan. Over the years we’ve grown from 6 stalls inside Wigan Market, to a shop in Tyldesley Arcade in the former Galleries Shopping Centre to our new home as part of Grand Arcade on the corner of Standishgate.
What’s the best thing about working for your company? As a family business we are forever trying to keep ahead of the trends and provide customers with products they can’t find in other retail stores in Wigan. We are extremely luck to have 10 amazing staff, the vast majority have been with us for over 15 years, therefore they know our products inside out and pride themselves on offering the best advice they can.
Who are your customers and why do they shop with you? We have a huge loyal customer base of all ages, some who have been shopping with us since our market days. Over the years we have got to know our customers very well and know what products they are coming into the shop to buy. They keep coming back because of the great service, wide range of stock, great prices and help from our friendly staff.
What is your best seller? Our wide range of make and leading brands are great sellers and our human hair extensions.
